Rasulov Jurabek Abdusamievich was born in 1982 in Samarkand region, uzbek by nationality, higher education: in 2004 he graduated from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy with a bachelor's degree in international law, in 2009 he received a master's degree in diplomatic and consular law.
J.Rasulov began his career in 2005 as a researcher at the Institute for the Study of Civil Society, from 2005 to 2013 he worked at the Institute as a HR manager, legal adviser.
From 2013 to 2016J.Rasulov worked as a lecturer at the Department of International Law and Human Rights at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, Head of HR department. From 2016 to 2020, he worked in various positions at the Lawyer’s Training Center, “Enter Engineering Pte.Ltd” in Uzbekistan, “Durable Beton” LLC, the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Since September 21, 2020 he has been working as a teacher at the Department of International Law and Human Rights of the Tashkent State University of Law. On September 20, 2021 he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic: "Issues of the implementation of international standards for the abolition of forced labour in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
During his career, he published 2 textbooks, monographs, more than 20 scientific articles, abstracts of reports from international and national conferences
