Dr. Razzoq Altiev - Doctor of Philosophy of Legal Sciences (Phd), Acting associate professor. 2006 graduated the Tashkent State Law Institute. He also received his master's degree here in 2013. Since 2013 he has been teaching at the Tashkent State University of Law. In 2020 he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic "Criminal and criminological aspects of fraud." Altiev Razzok Saidovich, in his scientific activity has been published in many scientific journals and he is the author of a number of textbooks, teaching aids and monographs.
