Doctor of Philosophy of Legal Sciences Professor Rakhmanov Abdumukhtor Rezhzhabbaevich was born in 1968 in the Republic of Uzbekistan, Andijan region. In 1990 he entered, and in 1995 he graduated with honors from the Higher Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies “History of Eastern Countries”. In 2006 he entered, and in 2007 he graduated from full-time doctoral studies at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. From 1987 to 1989 He served in the Strategic Rocket Forces.
From 1995 to 1997 worked in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan as a teacher. From 1997 to 1999 he worked as an interpreter in the joint venture “Dar - as salam”. From 1999 to 2002 he worked as a dean at the TSUL. From 2002 to 2011 worked in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, lieutenant colonel. From 2011 to 2017 he worked as the first deputy. Director at the Research Center under the Ministry of Labor. From 2017 to 2020 He worked at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as an assistant professor. From 2020 to 2023, he has been working at the Tashkent State Law University as an associate professor. From 2023 - Until now professor.
He defended his Ph.D. thesis in 2002, the academic title of Associate Professor was awarded in 2004. In 2008 he defended his doctoral dissertation.
He published 62 scientific and 5 educational works. Over the past 3 years, published: 14 scientific papers and 2 educational and methodological works, including the textbook "Islamic Law" (in Uzbek) in co-authorship of Mustafa Karatash in 2021 and in co-authorship of G. Yuldashev in 2022. A textbook was published "Islamic Law" (in Russian) with the stamp of the Ministry of Higher Education.
Rakhmanov A.R. since 2015 he has been an academician of the Turon Academy of Sciences. He is a member of the editorial board of the international journal "World Bulletin of management and Law".
