General information

According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on June 28, 2013 No. PP–1990 “On measures of further improvement of the system of educating, training and retraining lawyers” theChancellery of Tashkent State University of Law was founded.By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on April 28, 2017No. PP–2932 “On measures to fundamentally improve the system and increase the efficiency of education at Tashkent State University of Law”, the Chancellery and Archive were reorganized. On the order of the rector of  Tashkent State University of  Law on June 5, 2017, No. 08-187, the Regulations on the Chancellery and the Archive were approved. The Chancellery of the University conducts its activities on the basis of this provision.

In the Chancellery of the University there are 1 Head of the department, 1 courier, 1 clerk, who work directly with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Information about the software used in the Chancellery

The Department of the Chancellery maintains an electronic program for obtaining electronic documents and accepts incoming documents from the corporate set of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education (infox.edu.uz), from the corporate set of the Inspectorate for the Control and Supervision of the Quality of Education under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (infox.tdi.edu.uz), from the Ministry of Justice and various organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan. At  university, the “av.ijro.uz” program is used to monitor electronic documents.

The usage of the automated document management system at the Tashkent State University of Law

Since 2015,  Tashkent State University of Law has been using an automated system for document circulation. All documents are received by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education as well as  higher organizations  monitored are registered in the “av.ijro.uz” program.

Information about Archivis

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to improve  further the legal system of personnel” on June 28, 2013, the archive of Tashkent State Law University was established. By Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 2932 of April 28, 2017, “On measures for improvement and development of the personnel training system at the Tashkent State University of Law”, the office and the archive was reorganized. The archive conducts its activities on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Archival Affairs” and decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers, (No. 101 April 5, 2012, No. 140 March 29, 1999, No. 12 January 12, 1999, No. 482 April 30, 1999),  as well as on the basis of the Charter of the Tashkent State University of Law, and the position of office and archive approved by the Rector’s order on June 5, 2017 No. 08-187. The archive has 2 employees: a manager of the archive and an archivist.

The main objectives of the archive are: receiving documents for registration, use and permanent storage, as well as filing documents in the Tashkent city archive.

In accordance with the normative-methodological documents agreed with the Tashkent State Archives of the Republic of Uzbekistan, documents are recorded, summarized, and finalized in the course of working with other departments that are sources of the archive.

The archive prepares documents for storage in the state archive and transmits them in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
