It is known that Ministry Higher and Secondary Specialized Education and the Netherlands’ “Elsevier” company had launched national development project “Science 2020”. The main objective of this is to improve efficiency of teaching staff’s research activity and broadening their accessibility to the international data base of scientific references.
To trigger above-mentioned objectives deputy rector’s ( on research and innovations) road map have been drafted in order to increase quality of education and ensure university’s active interaction in the large-scale reformation process.
Due to ensure the road map the “Advice Centre” launched for teaching staff, doctoral students and students at Library, two republican seminar trainings on using tips of those data base, preparing scientific piece of work for publication took place at university.
