Recruitment is announced for TSUL team to participate in the international competition on international criminal moot court procedure

On the initiative of the Department of International Law and Human Rights of TSUL a team of the university is being formed to participate in the International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition - 2023.

The competition is held annually in The Hague (Netherlands) and aims to deepen the knowledge of law students from hundreds of countries in the field of international criminal law in the form of case simulations.

The qualifying round will be held October 21 by the Department of International Law and Human Rights. For those wishing to participate, there will be a talk on the following topics:
1. Concept, content, and types of international criminal law.
2. Jurisdiction in international criminal law.
3. Principles of international criminal law.
4. The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.
