TSUL introduces scholarship and educational grants
Tashkent State Universityof Law has introduced scholarships and educational grants for gifted students
Starting from the new academic year, scholarships and educational grants will be allocated for students of Tashkent State University of Law and students of law schools at the university.
The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 29, 2020 "On additional measures to radically improve legal education and science in the Republic of Uzbekistan" states that TSUL can encourage talented students at the expense of extra-budgetary funds.
Now, students can become grant holders and will be able to cover 50 percent of their annual tuition fees. What are the conditions?
First of all, candidates must have excellent grades and be fluent in foreign languages, also obtain a recommendation letter from the Youth Union organization of the university. Additionally, the selection process takes into account their creative, social and intellectual competitions, spiritual and educational and public activities.
The competition for scholarships and grants is held in two stages. Applicants' documents will be considered by a special commission.
Information about the competition will be provided through the official website of the university and its pages on social networks.
The list of winners will be announced in the national media.
