The new club of future notaries is going to be established at Tashkent State University of Law
A memorandum of cooperation was signed between Tashkent State University of Law and the Notary Chamber of Uzbekistan. The representatives of both organizations, students and journalists have been participated in the event.
It was noted that in recent years a number of reforms have been implemented in the country to ensure the effective functioning of the notaries institutions and improve the quality of legal services provided by notaries to individuals and legal entities. Along with the development of this sphere, the need for qualified specialists is growing day by day.
-We have agreed to cooperate with the Notary Chamber in this area-pointed out the rector of Tashkent State University of Law Rahimjon Hakimov- In accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April29, 2020 “On additional measures to absolutely improve legal education and science in the republic of Uzbekistan”, we are introducing modern approaches and technologies to the educational process. I believe that such updates will have positive impact on the quality of legal staff trained at the University.
On the basis of the memorandum of cooperation, the opportunity is given to the students of Tashkent State University of Law to internship in the central office and regional offices of the chamber. Additionally, in order to improve their knowledge of notary services, it is planned to establish a “Future notaries Club”. Prospective graduates will be employed in the organization.
