An international student conference was held

The Department of Criminal Procedure Law and Criminalistics held an international student conference on the topic "Legal issues of using computer information in the detection and investigation of crimes in the field of information technology"

On May 5, 2020 at 11:00 a.m., through the Zoom application, the Department of Criminal Procedure Law and Criminalistics held an international student conference with the participation of students and undergraduates of the Academy of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the University of the Republic of Kazakhstan - KAZSLU named after M.S.Narikbaev, Chonnam National University (South Korea), Tashkent State University of Law on the topic "Legal issues of using computer information in the detection and investigation of crimes in the field of information technology".

During the conference, the participants discussed the legal characteristics of computer information and crimes in the field of information technology, computer information as evidence in the investigation of crimes in the field of information technology, the specifics of the formation of electronic evidence in criminal proceedings as well as other relevant problems in this sphere.

During the event, the participants exchanged views, as a result of which a number of recommendations were developed to improve the process of receiving computer information and formation of electronic evidence in the investigation of crimes in the field of information technology.
