The Masters’ Degree Department and the International Relations Department of Tashkent State University of Law invite You to participate in the International Distance Scientific-Practical Conference “COLLECTION OF SCIENTIFIC WORKS OF UNDERGRADUATE AND POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS”, which will be held on April 20, 2020.

Scientific Areas of Conference:

  1. State and law at the present stage of development of society.
  2. Legal problems of public administration. Tax and customs regulation.
  3. Civilistics, business law, international trade law.
  4. Investment law, actual issues of implementing alternative dispute resolution methods.
  5. Actual issues of resolving civil and economic disputes.
  6. Issues of legal regulation and protection of natural resources.
  7. Actual problems of reforming the criminal law. Issues of crime prevention at the present stage.
  8. Issues of regulation of labor relations and social protection.
  9. Problems of the criminal process, forensic support for the investigation of crimes.
  10. The development of international law in the context of globalization. Protection of human rights.

To participate in the conference, you should send the abstracts to the e-mail address international.tsul@gmail.com.

The Organizing Committee has the right to select materials for inclusion in the Conference Program. If incorrect borrowings are identified, the participant’s work is not allowed to be selected.

A participant can submit only one thesis.

Deadline for receiving materials – April 10, 2020.

Following the results of the conference, a collection of conference materials will be formed. An electronic version of the conference proceedings will be available on the website of Tashkent State University of Law (www.tsul.uz).

Requirements for the abstract text:

The text of the thesis of 5-6 pages is typed in a text editor Microsoft Word, font Times New Roman, 14 pt, at 1 interval.

The left margin is 3 cm, the right margin is 1.5 cm, the upper margin is 2 cm, the lower margin is 2 cm, width alignment, indentation is 1.25 cm.

The title of the report is printed without capitalization in bold in the middle of the first line; below - in bold italics - the name and initials of the author (s), in brackets - the abbreviated name of the institution, city; on the next line are the initials and surname of the supervisor, academic degree, academic rank; the text is printed below at a single interval with indentation. Graphs, charts, tables are inserted into the text. References to the literature are given in brackets in the text, for example: [1, p. 10]. The list of literature is placed immediately after the text, the list of sources is given in citation order in the text.
