In support of judicial reform research of students of higher educational institutions of jurisprudence, Professor-teachers and researchers
To participate in the competition, scientific papers should be presented that reveal the relevance and importance of judicial and legal reforms carried out in Uzbekistan, as well as works on the rule of law and strengthening the rule of law.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION
Students of higher educational institutions of jurisprudence (bachelors and masters);
The teaching staff of higher educational institutions of jurisprudence;
Applicants of higher educational institutions of jurisprudence (PhD and DSc).
STAGES OF COMPETITION
To take part in this competition, a scientific work must be submitted from June 5 to August 10, 2019. From 10 to 20 August 2019, scientific papers submitted to the competition will be studied and evaluated, then from 21 August to 20 September 2019, the winners will be chosen among them. The winners who will possess 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in each group will be awarded with certificates of honor and valuable prizes at the awards ceremony organized in the TSUL in October 2019.
REQUIREMENTS TO THE CONTENT OF SCIENTIFIC WORK
The content of the scientific work must meet the requirements of similar works, that is, the author must use the relevant legal acts and ideas of legal scientists, come to certain scientific and theoretical and practical conclusions, speak thoughts in a logical order, indicate references to the sources used, follow the rules of ethics scientific papers.
REQUIREMENTS TO THE FORM OF SCIENTIFIC WORK
In the upper part of the title page is a higher educational institution, in the central part of the topic of scientific work and in the lower part the author's surname, first name, patronymic and telephone number, e-mail address; The text of the academic work should be in a text editor Microsoft Word, Times New Roman, 14 pt, 1.5 cm in length, the pages on the left, above, below and 2 cm on the right. Research papers provided by students should consist of 2000 words (two thousand words) at least, scientific works submitted by professors and researchers should be presented in the form of a written work of minimum 2500 (two thousand five hundred) words.
Scientific works can be presented in Uzbek, Russian and English. Scientific papers that do not meet the requirements for scientific work, plagiarism and authors are not listed, and scientific papers submitted after the deadline will not be considered or evaluated by the selection committee. Additional information may be included in the study, which is necessary to describe its content.
The participants, who win the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places from each group, will be awarded with certificates of honor and valuable gifts at the awards ceremony
